You do not need permission. Our figures are free to quote with attribution, and the numbers below are generated from the live dataset every time this page is built — so nothing here is a statistic somebody typed once.
FuelWide publishes retail fuel prices for 110 markets worldwide and for 48,771 individual filling stations across 7countries. Every figure carries the body that published it, the date it refers to, and how it was measured — a national average, a city median or a single forecourt’s own posted price. 28 of our 110 markets come from official government, regulator or open-data publications; the remaining 82 come from named commercial and aggregated sources. Every page states which one it is using.
Europe here means the 41 European markets we track, which is the EU-27 plus the UK and 13non-EU markets — not the EU-27 alone. The EU average above is the European Commission’s own volume-weighted EU-27 aggregate.

Petrol costs €1.10 more per litre in Denmark than in Malta — €55.25 on a 50-litre tank, across 41 European markets priced in the week of 2026-08-17.

Most of what we publish is somebody else’s measurement. If you quote a price, credit the body that published it alongside us — their licence asks for that, and a FuelWide credit alone does not satisfy it. Each page names its own source, and the sources page lists the exact credit line for all 20.
