Each report lives at one permanent URL and is recomputed on every data refresh. Long-run history comes from the publishers themselves — the European Commission’s bulletin back to 2005 and the U.S. EIA survey back to 1990. Our own archive of 14 weekly snapshots, beginning 2026-07-06, fills the gaps those series leave, such as week-on-week movement for every US state.
Every figure names its publisher and period, and every download carries its data date.
